International Correspondence Chess Federation (ICCF) - USA.
IECC : International Email Chess Club
Organized in 1995, membership is free. 'The use of computer chess programmes that analyse a position and suggest moves or play chess games, is prohibited'. Has a new member program.
USCF Correspondence Chess
'The United States Chess Federation (USCF) offers officially rated chess play through a variety of medians, one being Correspondence Chess (CC). The USCF offers members events played through the mail and email.'
WCCF : World Correspondence Chess Federation
