A few weeks ago (30 April 2004), we mentioned a commercial application of chess based on instant messaging. Now we have FIDE and Mobile Chess based on cellphone SMS technology. 'FIDE took a decision to create a system of tournaments on mobile chess and to register the results of such tournaments'.
