Is the Computer Cheating? (Part II)

Here is another video on YouTube supposedly showing a computer program cheating at chess: Windows Vista Chess Titans Castling Bug. The main accusation involves the first move by White's King. Is the program cheating or not?

After the King move there are several other suspicious events occurring in the game. Can you spot them all?
